At Number 13, we pride ourselves on creating exciting innovative cuisine with a locally sourced menu, when possible. However, we decided to take the same eco-minded culinary philosophy a step further. Thus, the Number 13 herb garden was created by utilizing a 30 ft. by 20 ft. space located on property. The garden cultivates everything from mint, basil, and rosemary to lemongrass, various peppers, and a lime tree. Upon preparation for dinner service, employees gather ingredients from the garden to apply in the evenings cuisine and cocktail recipes. The herb garden affirms our attitude of providing the freshest ingredients to our guests, because we believe that you deserve it!
