Number 13 Prime Steak and Seafood was born from a vision of what life on Galveston Island once was. Set on Offatts Bay and surrounded by lush tropical foliage in Pelican Rest Marina, the restaurant is a modern take on what the Lafitte brothers may have liked to call their home.
